Bootcamp & Event Training:
Our bootcamps and event training have resulted in some great improvements and confidence for our assault course newbies and now fanatics! Starting 6 weeks prior to each event, we run the distance that matters.
As far as we are aware, we are the only bootcamp in Perth for pre-event training that focuses on the sports specific aspect of the events.
Men’s health survival of the fittest October 23rd 2016
6 weeks Event Training (can be booked alone without doing event) – £40
Survival training dates :
Starting Tuesday 13th September for 6 weeks this is a specific training course for the MH Survival of the Fittest event in Edinburgh known as ‘The Hilly One’!
Sessions range between 1.5 hours and 2 hours to ensure you can achieve the best improvement and time if you are taking part in the event.
