Phase 1 of our 16 week Programme designed to fill the void between Personal Training & Classes.
The Programme is designed to focus on proper technique and endurance through phase 1 allowing the body to be conditioned for the following phases. This also allows clients to take this knowledge on to the gym floor and progress with the confidence they are doing things right! MLRT is delivered by certified trainers
